Lorenzo Satta is an Italian hospitality professional with 15 years of experience, starting his journey in his grandparents’ bar in Italy. Moving to London at 20, he worked at L’Anima, run by celebrity chef Francesco Mazzei, where he developed his skills and in late 2017, he joined the opening team of Annabel’s, a prestigious private members club.Lorenzo moved to Dubai in 2022 to open the largest Nobu in Atlantis The Palm, which broadened his understanding of hotel operations. In 2023, he became the bar manager for Leña and Smoked Room, creating an exquisite bar program with his dedicated team.

Driven by a passion for hospitality, he finds joy in engaging with guests, creating cocktail menus, and fostering team collaboration, while always striving for excellence.
