At the heart of Maison Delano Paris’ restaurant, Paolo Minelli embodies the art of gastronomy with elegance. A graduate of the Instituto Superiore di San Pellegrino Terme, he honed his skills in the Michelin-starred kitchens of southern France before making his mark in Paris at Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme under Jean-François Rouquette. With experience at the prestigious Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz and La Palme d’Or in Cannes, he now brings his refined and thoughtful cuisine to Delano Café. Each creation tells a story, blending culinary passion with Mediterranean flavors.
